Structured web order processing and a complete multi-language returns portal with seller-specific rules
Byggmax was processing web orders through their customer success team. The work was real — supplier contact, order verification, logistics coordination across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark — but it sat alongside everything else the team was carrying. Backlogs built. Orders stalled.
The problem wasn't people; it was structure. What they needed wasn't more effort in the existing setup. They needed a dedicated system for web order handling — one that could own the process end to end without pulling their internal team into the details.
Indpro placed a team that took ownership of the full web order cycle. Every order that comes in is verified, sent to the supplier, confirmed on return, and communicated to the customer. The team coordinates with logistics, purchasing, finance, and store operations across all four markets — in one continuous flow, without Byggmax managing any of it.
The engagement grew. Over time, Indpro moved from order operations into development: redesigning and building Byggmax's return and cancellation portal from the ground up.
The existing portal was outdated and incomplete — it didn't reflect the actual complexity of Byggmax's return process, which includes seller-specific rules and four separate language markets.
The new portal was built as a standalone product and integrated directly into the existing e-commerce environment. It handles:
